Smartronic 70 modulating controller

This standalone microprocessor based LCD temperature controller provides proportional plus integral (P+I) and on/off temperature control. It is ideal for commercial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems such as hydronic heating, air handling units, heat exchangers and condenser towers.

The T9275A1002 has a modulating analog 2 to 10Vdc or  4 to 20mA output and a 2A on/off output making it suitable for many control applications including cool/heat changeover, cool/heat sequence control, emergency interlocking and auto-alarming control.

  • Output                   4-20mA or 2-10 VDC plus on/off relay 2A 24 VAC.

  • Control                  P+I (proportional plus integral) control action provides accurate, stable and comfortable temperature control.

  • Accuracy               0.1 C

  • Adjustments         Adjustable Zero Energy Band (1.5 or 3 C), On/Off Differential (0 to 3 C in 0.5 deg. increments), Proportional Band (2 to 19 C in 1 deg increments) and Temperature Offset (-3 to +3 C in 0.5 deg increments).

  • Actuators              Use with series 70 direct-coupled damper actuator or valve actuators ML7420, ML7421 ML7984 & M9184D (with input card).

  • Display                  Large back-lit LCD. Displays both set point and temperature, features user friendly interface.

  • Sensor                    The internal sensor range is 10 to 60 C.

  •                                 Selectable internal or external temperature sensor. Works with all Honeywell NTC20k* remote temperature sensors. Temperature range –20 to 110 C.

  • Mounting              Direct wall mounting, front panel mounting and standard DIN rail mounting.

  • Dimensions           130 x 85 x 32mm
